Nestled 30 miles northeast of San Antonio along the Interstate 35, New Braunfels is a beautiful historic town with lovely architecture and a bounty of lakes and hiking trails. It has a population of approximately 55,000 and has experienced astonishing growth over the past decade, upwards of 40%.
